The ROKLANSKÁ76 project combines living in nature in a house on a plot with its own stream in Říčany u Prahy, which has long been considered one of the best places to live in the Czech Republic. Říčany offers full civic amenities and excellent accessibility to the center of Prague, including train connections.

Our project is sold as a complete package that includes:

• plot of land with an area of 1,010 m2

• own well

• connection to the city water supply system ending in a water meter shaft, sewage system and electricity

• boreholes for heat pump ground-water system

• construction documentation for construction

• architectural design project of the garden

• building permit allowing construction to begin
